Xiamen Silan Microchip Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is the main manufacturer of 12-inch characteristic process chips of Silan Microelectronics. It was jointly invested and established by Hangzhou Silan Microelectronics Co., Ltd. and Xiamen Semiconductor Investment Group Co., Ltd. The company, founded on February 1, 2018, is located at No. 89 Lanying Road, Haicang District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province.

In the company’s 12-inch integrated circuit manufacturing line project with power semiconductor chips and MEMS sensors as main products, 17 billion Yuan was invested in total to build two 12-inch chip production lines; the total investment of the first power semiconductor chip manufacturing line was 7 billion Yuan, with a planned production capacity of 80,000 pieces/month; the investment of the second chip manufacturing line was 10 billion Yuan.

The project was listed as the “Top Priority” project in Fujian Province in 2019, and was officially put into production in the fourth quarter of 2020.
