OCTAL BUFFER DRIVER WITH 3-STATE OUTPUTS

The SLP74AHCT244 is an octal non-inverting buffer/line driver .This device is designed for 4.5-V to 5.5-V VCC operation.

The 3-state outputs are controlled by the output enable inputs（nOE(——）.When /OE is HIGH, the outputs go to the high impedance OFF-state.


Main feature

  • Inputs can accept voltage higher than Vcc

  • Operates from 4.5V to 5.5V

  • Direct interface with TTL levels

  • ESD protection:

  • HBM Exceeds 2000V

  • CDM Exceeds 1000V

  • Latch-up performance exceeds 250mA

  • Specified from -40°C to +85°C and from -40°C to +125°C
